userpages

I've noticed that many userpages on this wiki are stubs or even 
non-exsistent. This is a shame, since this is a great way to get your 
name out to other computer professionals (who might be hiring!). I'm not 
suggesting a full web page or anything (which would probably get you 
yelled at by the sysops), but a short bio and a link to your webpage (if 
you have one) is probably in order. What do you all think?

Also, it might be a good idea to lock down the userpages so only the 
user and the sysops can edit it. It seems like a common noob mistake is 
to leave a message on the main user page instead of the talk section.

Thirdly, a bit more definite guidelines about what is and isn't 
appropriate for userpages might be in order. How big can they be? Can 
they have pictures? Can you put your entire resume up? It's easier to 
yell at an offender if you can point to a piece of paper and explain why 
you're yelling at them instead of having to make up a reason on the spot.
