I've been poking around the various copyleft liscenses. I could be 
wrong, but I think nc and sharealike aren't compatible. There was 
mention of this in some discussion about the new Creative Commons 
version. (2.0 i think - the one that gets read of the non-attribution 
varients anyway.) Basically, the rationale is that, since nc puts in an 
additional restriction, it isn't "sharing alike" with the version that 
allows commerical use.
