When is a patch for kernel 2.6 released?

Hi,

I hope the IPF(IA64) patch that I've posted will be adopted into the new 
LKCD release. And I'll soon post a new IPF patch against the bug
mentioned below.

An LKCD patch hasn't been released for a long time. I think it's good
timing for a new release for kernel 2.6.
