The LKCD patches have been upgraded to 2.6.5

You can use "linux265" as the tag for extracting the 2.6 and lkcdutils
modules from cvs. There have also been several small fixes to both the driver
code and lkcdutils.

Also, since netpoll has made it into the vanilla kernel now, we just need the
kernel-changes.patch and lkcd-netdump-netpoll.patch files to be applied.
Therefore, only these two files have been upgraded on cvs. I have left out the
unnecessary files from the linux265 tag.

The 2.6.6 patches are almost ready. Some recent change to the task_struct
has caused the ps & task commands to break. I will fix this and upgrade the
patches asap.

Regards, Hari
