2.4.21 LKCD kernel changes

Hi,

The LKCD Main Menu page at http://lkcd.sourceforge.net/ states that the 
kernel tree has all the latest 2.4.21 kernel changes needed, and a patch 
will be released soon.  Is the 2.4.21 kernel patches available yet?  
Will there be 2.4.21 LKCD kernel patches for IA64 and x86_64?
