No, it is not included there.  Since the patch is so huge, he has 
decided not to take it (for now).  I suspect he will change his mind 
when Redhat's Wind River friends want this function :).

I can post the current version on my web site, if you like.  It is 
against a somewhat older version of crash.

Yes, you can debug cross-endian and between targets with different type
