firm agreed to give myself and my colleaquesFive percent( 5%) of the 
contract amount as our commission.The contract has since been completed,and 
commissioned by the Ministr and 95% of the contract amountpaidto the 
contractors who equally has 
left the country for their home country in 
W.Germany.The Top Executives inN.N.P.Cwhoaided them in securing the contract 
have been given official Authority to receive this our (5%)five percent 
commission in a foreign bank Account through a contractor who 

we shall present as thecontractorspartner.This our commission which amounts 
to $30,000,000.00(Thirty million Dollars) has been approved for payment but 
we have not got a reliable honest person we willpresent as the firm's 
partner that the money will be paid into his foreign Account there after we 
travel for the collection of our fund. 

I have introduced your name and explained to my colleaques on how I came 
about your contact and they have agreed Ishould write to inform you if our 
proposal are acceptable you.We have also agreed you will be tipped 
25%(Twenty five percent) of the total commission if you accept our 
proposal.Let me also emphasize that this is no fraud or dubious activity,but 
we are civil servants and are not expected totransfer such amount in our 
names. Hence we advise you to keep it very confidential as we are seeking 
anassistance because of how capable and honest we view your influence in the

enable us apply forthepaymentofthefund.Bearing in mind,both ofyou will 
share the 25% after the deal.

(C) Your bank Account number,telephone/fax/telex number. 
(D) Your private telephone numbers . 

These required information will enable us apply for the approval from 
Ministry of Finance and Central Bank Of Nigeria for the transfer of the fund 
to your Account. All arrangements have been completed pending receipt of
