Tomorrows snapshot fo the lsbdev-base package will contains headers that
should compile rpcgen produce code. The tests I performed showed that the
client side is capable of linking, but there are some interfaces missing on
the server side that no one had noticed needed to be there. I can add them,
but they technically won't be in LSB 1.3. This will require a bit of
discussion on how to handle the right way.

If you need to server side also (which I guess you probably will), I can
arrange to get you a library to test with while we discuss how to handle
the additional interfaces.
