It looks like we have some vsth-lite (pthreads) test setup issues;
however, the LSB's intent has always been to specify true POSIX Threads
once it's implemented in the kernel and libpthreads.

We will need to fix our tests and tweak the LSB 2.0 specification by Oct
17th.
