Re: fail to build lsb-runtime-test-1.3.3-1.src.rpm on RHL9

The list of authorized test suites is at:


https://www.opengroup.org/lsb/cert/docs/testsuites.html

This lists 1.3.6-3 as the latest authorized for LSB 1.3

Note for certification you must run the binary rather than the src.rpm.

I expect Chris will move the src.rpm to the released tree soon.
