NOTICE: solicitation for candidates

The LSB Election Committee requests ``LSB Participants'' (as defined by the 
LSB Charter) who wish to stand as a candidate for position of LSB Workgroup 
Chairman to submit a formal application to [email protected] 
no later than December 9th. Please include your name, your company (or 
supporting organization), your LSB Participation experience, your biography, 
a brief position statement  (less than 300 words) on why you should be chair, 
and the percentage of your time per week that you could dedicate to the LSB.

All applicants will also need to submit a letter of support from their employer
by January 8th, 2004 stating you will be given time to work as the LSB chairman
if your are elected.
