Reminder: LSB 2.1 release candidate

Review is open on 2.1rc1 until Friday.

This is a bugfix and editorial update to LSB 2.0 and will
not reset the certification program (i.e. the LSB 2.0
certification program will continue in effect, although
bugs discovered will cause new copies of lsblibchk and
lsbappchk to be issued).

Reviewers can use the specification linked off the "daily=20
builds" specification page, the errata document (which=20
shows substantive, but not editorial, changes), and the=20
informal diffmarked copies.  Unfortunately some of the=20
editorial styles changes threw off the diffmarking tool=20
so it's not terribly useful, it looks like a lot more has'
changed than really changed.
