Stuff is at ftp.freestandards.org now. You can also use the downloads
page at http://www.linuxbase.org/

Note that we don't distribute an official package for lsb-release. That
is up to the distributions to provide however they choose to do so. We
do have a sample implementation that we use as part of the SI that is
probably the basis of what most distributions ship.
