Stuart, can you forward the journal file for this run
so I can take a look?  It's actually kind of different.
The "bottom line" of 176 failures is not too different
from the 189 on ia64, but the breakdown indicates that
quite different things are happanening.

For example, ia64 had 67 FAIL results, plus 122 UNINITIATED
which were all caused by a problem with syslog.

In the above list you have 84 FAIL results and 80 UNRESOLVED,
plus 12 UNREPORTED, which indicate that something broke.

Can you kick off a similar run with your own PPC build as
well?  I know it will take "a few" hours to finish....
