lsbsi call today

Released: The sources have been tagged 1.3.0,
and the tarballs for ia32 and ia64 are either
on the ftp site, or in progress (it's slow via
dialup, I do it in chunks).

I'm also putting up the lsb-umlsi RPM.

Remaining issues:

- two appbat apps have problems on ia64; 
at the moment the apps are not released
but it's probably more likely that they're
si problems (the apps work "natively").  
If proven, we'll file bugs and try to fix.

- haven't completed a build for ppc32 yet.
The ppc32 lsbsi really ought to get some
testing from someone who knows ppc and
actually has a machine.

- the UML (ia32 only) needs some manual setup
that's not handled by the script, and this
is a bit tricky if you're not familiar (and
currently not written up).  That is, if you
want a network.  There are some complications
there that I haven't worked out how to do
cleanly, if anyone has thoughts for the meeting:

: I seem to need to assign two IPs per UML,
one acts as the gateway and the other as the
address by which you contact the UML.  There
seems to be a way to do this with a single
address, but I can't reproduce here.

: The UML also needs to know the host's IP.

The above two are relatively easy to handle
in the UML configure script.

: But what if this is occurring in an environment
with DHCP, rather than static IPs?  The lsbsi
does not have any dhcp support per now.
