I still don't get this.  If it fails, it should go on
to the secondary (I just added one for texinfo), and
if there isn't one or the 2nd fails, on to ftp.freestandards.org.

entitychecker.py takes a -c option to check checksums.
It should catch the problem you had, for future reference.
