LSB Sample Implementation - 11 packages retrieval failed

Hi -

I followed instruction for building the LSB Sample Implementation as
specified at http://www.linuxbase.org/impl/build.html website.  Step #5,
"Check that the package/patch area is up to date, # extras/entitycheck.py
-f" could not retrieve 11 packages. Running this command multiple times
also resulted in the same error condition.

Here is the listing of these files....

Packages which failed to retrieve: 11

        glibc-2.2.5.tar.gz
        glibc-linuxthreads-2.2.5.tar.gz
        groff-1.18.1.tar.gz
        man-pages-1.53.tar.bz2
        sed-4.0.5.tar.gz
        texinfo-4.3.tar.bz2
        lsb-1.3.0-1.i386.rpm
        lsb-1.3.0-1.ia64.rpm
        lsb-1.3.0-1.ppc.rpm
        lsb-1.3.0-1.s390.rpm
Are these files required as a part of the Sample Implementation and if yes
how can they be retrieved. I don't seem to have these packages already on
my system.
