ia32 build now completes

With today's change to bzip2, the ia32
lsbsi build runs all the way through,
including the addons (phase4).  There's
some hope this will also be true for
s390, ppc and ia64, but we'll have to
wait a while to have proof.

I also rooted out the binutils duplication
I commented on earlier, and fixed a few
more packages for lib64 stuff.

I'm looking at the x11 question now.
Stuart has given me a pointer to some
new x11 libs from freedesktop.org,
and I'm also going to take a pass at
xfree86 4.3, which is used in most
distros today.
