[Bug 717] New: X11 normative references don't point to specific specs

The normative references for all X11 technologies - libraries and extensions -
is just generically www.x.org.  While it's believed those specs are there
somewhere, we need specific pointers, they're too hard to find at the moment (as
in, the submitter can't find them at all_
