Chapter 6 Additional Behaviors states that

LSB conforming implementations shall support the following options defined
within the ISO POSIX (2003):

_XOPEN_UNIX

yet allows implementations not to support mandatory functionality required by
_XOPEN_UNIX. _XOPEN_UNIX means that the XSI option is fully supported. There is
no partial support. This line should be stricken as a requirement since its a
contradiction.
