Possible rough outline:

lsbinstall [ -i | -p | -s | -I | -c | -f | -l ] name [ args ... ]

-i | --init -- just like lsb_install_initd name

-p | --profile -- name is a profile shell script; must be name.sh; namespace
issues like cron and init files

-s | --service -- name is the name of a service, the first arg is the
protocol/port value, any other args are alisas

-I | --inetd -- name is a file describing a service to be added to inetd. Use
xinetd format (but don't specify xinetd)

-f | --font -- name is a X11 font file

-m | --menu name is a desktop menu file

-l | --ldconfig -- name is a path to a directory containing shared libs that
needs to be searched by ld-lsb.so
