[Bug 802] New: missing c++ symbols

The symbol cleanout left the qmtest-libstdcpp test suite (which is the libstdc++
testsuite) unable to build.  In addition to two symbols added back today, the
attachment contains the other symbols that were complained about.  It's not
guaranteed that ALL of these symbols are supposed to be defined, but most were
previously defined.
