Adding to 3.0 list so it gets looked at. getlogin_r is certainly an interface
that everybody has, it's a GLIBC_2.0 symbol. Had a brief check, this looks like
it was the only one of the SUSv3 _r set that's not in the LSB.  Makes me wonder
if there was a specific reason, or an inadvertent omission?
