[Bug 829] New: request to add a section Relationship to OpenI18N

Having the test case section named LI18NUX2K within LSB1.3 and LSB2.0 may cause
some confusion when the relation ship between LSB and OpenI18N is not clearly
specified. After some asking around, I am now aware that the older 1.2 openi18n
specification has been merged into the LSB and as a result, to certified for
openi18n, LSB is a prerequisite.

After discussing with Mats, we agreed that having an addition section of
Relationship of LSB with OpenI18N similar to the section depicting the
Relationship to ISO/IEC 9945 POSIX within the specification would improve the
clarity especially for companies with a global focus.

In addition, I would like to propose to have LI18NUX2K renamed to i18n, again to
 avoid confusion.
