The following tables describe st_info and st_other ... but these are really
generic and not IA64 specific. Nevertheless, IA64 is where the comment is ... so
fix it there for starters!

The <structfield>st_info</structfield> member holds information about the
type and binding for the symbol. This member is a single byte field
with the high order four bits holding the binding information as 
described in <xref linkend="tbl-ia64-stbind">, and the low order four bits
holding the symbol type, as described in <xref linkend="tbl-ia64-sttype">.
