The section on cron jobs does not prevent name space collutions in 
the /etc/cron.* directories. The implementation is still free to place any 
non-lsb crontab file in those directories without reguard to avoiding the 
namespace as specified in this section. Further, as names continue to be 
registered with LANANA over time, an implementation may have installed a 
crontab that was not in conflict when it was installed, but is now in conflict 
with a newly registered name. 
 
One option would be to gut much of this section, and let lsbinstall install 
crontabs so that it can perform conflict resolution if needed.
