[Bug 898] New: Do we correctly specify x86_64

What's the spec for x86_64 architecture? Does it correctly support both chip
families that implement it? Is naming consistent (e.g. must provide lsb-core-
amd64 but a package requiring it will be named .x86_86.rpm).
