I've decided I have a problem with this wording.
Stated as such ("the most recent versions of find",
"when this version of find"), there's an implication
that a specific implementation of "find" is endorsed
by the LSB.

I'm having trouble getting to bugzilla at the moment
or I'd add something there. I'd propose changing
this to something of the flavor of:

<para>The <parameter>-H</parameter> and
<parameter>-L</parameter> options are
not yet widely available in implementations of
the <command>find</command> command, nor is argument aggregation.
A future version of this specification will
require these features be supported.
</para>
