Post-teleconference update

The 25 May 2005 teleconference reviewed the status of
the LSB 3.0 specification by reviewing the blocker bugs.
On the call were:

Several bugs were reclassified as "fix later" and
removed from the 3.0 block list; a few were
reassigned to 3.1; one was noted to actually be
a test bug only, not a spec bug.

The largest remaining risk area seems to be the
elf/dwarf bug area.  We'll re-evaluate on Friday.

Note that Monday is a holiday in the US; our
targeted release date remains Wednesday so we'll
use the specauth call for a final go/nogo decision.
