There are some important bits missing from the DWARF-inspired   
exception handling section: the mapping between register/column   
numbers and actual registers/register names isn't specified.  Of   
course these are architecture-specific, but they really should be   
documented. 
 
 
There is a pointer to the relevant section in the DWARF spec, so this isn't 
completely unclear. This information should be included by refernce from a 
DWARF-arch document.
