Sorry, I should have made this explicit statement
before. 

Do not make changes to the LSB Spec part of the CVS
tree until the 3.0 bug verification process is
complete.  The only changes which should be made are
ones to address specific issues raised by the
verification process.  Once this is complete, the
spec tree will be tagged for 3.0 and will be open for
changes once again.
