[Bug 76] LANANA reference to specification is incorrect.

checking again, this now says "Alternatives: Instead of applying for an LSB
Provider Name, it is also possible to use your fully qualified Internet domain
name (FQDN in lower case) to prefix your package and script names as described
in the Software Installation and System Initialization chapters of the LSB
Common specification."

So, apart from the fact that they say "Common" instead of "Core", the specific
bug is now closed. I'll send another message to the maintainer on this ... but
we'll mark this one fixed.
