While it is fairly obvious what "Get Window Size" means, the "Set Window Size"
has a lot more baggage with it.  We need to explain that the window size is in
fact unrelated to the size of the window (it is the window managers job to Set
the kernel idea of the wisize to match the actual window is is resizing).
Calling ioctl(1,TOCCSWINSZ,xxx) won't magically resize the screen window!

If you can supply the words ... I might consider it, otherwise this is a 4.0 goal.
