[Bug 1171] New: xmlGenericError and xmlGenericErrorContext not in DB

When running lsbappchk against the rapper binary from raptor it reports the
following errors:

lsbappchk -T desktop -L /opt/lsb/appbat/lib/libraptor.so.1
/opt/lsb/appbat/bin/rapper
Adding symbols for library /opt/lsb/appbat/lib/libraptor.so.1
Symbol xmlGenericError used, but not part of LSB_All_Modules
Symbol xmlGenericErrorContext used, but not part of LSB_All_Modules
Checking binary /opt/lsb/appbat/bin/rapper

The two symbols being reported as missing are in the DB as the double underbar
version (ie. __xmlGenericError), but not as this plain version. There are
several other symbols in the DB for xml2 that are only there with the double
underbar version of the symbol.
