vsx4 test UNRES results

I've rearranged and updated the wiki page at

The summary seems to be that many people see
five UNRES results in CH03, these relate to
backing store.  There's an upstream patch for this:

There are additionally two UNRES in the new
EVI tests, those are being worked under

Finally, some implementations, mainly if they're
x.org 6.8.1 (this was fixed in 6.8.2 upstream)
see fails with drwtxt and drwtxt16.  These are
