[Bug 986] New: VSX_NAME line should include processor architecture , for example (i386)

(this is not a critical change)

lsbappchk and i suspect other non tcc driven tools are providing a VSX_NAME line
that has the format

toolname version 

for example

lsbappchk 3.0.0-1

It would be useful to have the architecture included in the VSX_NAME for audit
purposes, in parentheses would match lsb-runtime-test

lsbappchk 3.0.0-1 (i386)

The same problem occurs for other tools such as lsbpkgchk, lsbcmdchk etc
which may indicate its a library routine.
