Questions regarding LSB runtime packages

Hi,

I am running RHEL (Advanced Server 4.0) kernel- 2.6.9-5 on an i686 
machine. I have downloaded the rpms for  Linux Standards Base (LSB) 
testsuite runtime testsuite. But, I am unable to install them because of 
failed dependencies such as lsb-tet3-lite, lsb-python, lsb-core-ia32, 
etc. I searched the website for these dependencies but without success. 
The FAQs and documentation have not been of much help. Where can I get 
these packages? How do I install and execute the runtime test suite?
