[Bug 986] VSX_NAME line should include processor architecture , for example (i386)

The suggestions is that we have an entry for VSX_NAME of the form:
test-tool-identifier, version-string and architecture-string

I think the simple test-tool-identifier is a better approach than the current
"LSB Certification Version" that we have for the first string in
lsb-runtime-test
