expected test counts

I'm trying to calculate expected test counts (primarily
in the runtime where these can be fixed).

So far i see

lsb-runtime-test 3.0.0-3  9859
lsb-c++ (qmtest/..)  1407
lsb-vsw4  3928
lsbcmdchk  134

I'd like to confirm these.
