lsb-initd tests 0.5

I've updated the test bundles for the initd tests to 
lts_initd-0.5.tgz


This version asks whether the implementation provides a
System V init mechanism, if not the tests are marked untested.

I've updated the journal files for SuSE 9.2 at

http://www.opengroup.org/infosrv/lsb/tmp/


If you answer the question no, or unset the parameter in
TESTROOT/tetexec.cfg you get
http://www.opengroup.org/infosrv/lsb/tmp/journal-untested.txt
