install_initd 0.6 tests now available

I've placed a new bundle of the testset code onto

lts_initd-0.6.tgz

This has some major changes over the previous version.
- split out of testcases into
	utils (test presence of utilities)
	init-functions (test presence, but could be extended further)
	install (tests of installation)
- rework install cases so use common code
- improved readability of test output
- do not fail missing K* files
- add installation interview question re: parent directory for rc.d dirs

It now passes all tests on SuSE 9.2

It takes a few minutes only to install, build and run...
