[Bug 1002] New: pkgchk reporting lots of pointless info

A typical pkgchk run includes lots of
File flags not checked: 0
File verify flag not checked: ffffffff

On a large package, there can be tons of these. On the appbat apache package
there are in total over 3400 of these - that's just silly. These messages should
be suppressed.
