[Bug 405] run_tests gives the wrong instructions for a missing LSB ld.so on non-i386

I think this bug is still open looking at

which shows run_tests vs 1.22 at the top of the tree.
I do not think its a showstopper for the release, although could be fixed
if we do a final rebuild. The patch is here in cvs.
I've left it as a blocker for the moment.
