[Bug 814] some C++ symbols can't be found w/ dladdr()

Looks like the current conclusion is that we don't know how to test this in a
manner that works correctly consistently, whether that's due to bad assumptions
on our part on what we're able to expect, or due to a broken dladdr implementation.
Believe we're going to have to resolve for certification by removing the
particular test, continuing to research how we can dig down into the virtual
tables, and add back in when we've got it figured out and working.
