I managed to tag lsb-vsw4 cleanly.  I had problems with
the lsbinstall directory within lsb-runtime-test/modules.
cvs complained about a lock file or something.
As a workaround I had to tag subdirectories within modules
and the higher level dirs within lsb-runtime-test
apart from modules/lsbinstall .

I did not tag the wip directory
