[Bug 814] some C++ symbols can't be found w/ dladdr()

I'm not sure if with this are really internal data structs are meant, 
I think this function is for data structs or functions exported by the 
programmer. 
But if this access is really one which is allowed, then our implementation 
of the internal data structs of vtable to walk through the data is wrong or 
incomplete, or libstdc++ does not follow the C++ spec, which I doubt.
