[Bug 1037] New: pkgchk bad 10 line when args present

In the recent addition of several command-line arguments to pkgchk, it now picks
the wrong data to put in the journal "10" line (Testcase Start).  For example,
if called as "lsbpkgchk -L lsb foo.rpm" (-L lanananame), the 10 line looks like:

10|0 -L 13:24:33|TC Start
