The test suite policy is clear. When a new release is brought out
there is an overlap period when both releases are valid (6 months).
Operationally the CA could mandate folks use the new release of a test
suite, if it fixed some critical bug. However we are talking two test
failures here so its not that critical. Delaying this further will
adversely impact availability of certified systems for the planned launch.
