[Bug 1050] New: Default block device for lsb-runtime-test

Perhaps as a possible enhancement.  Currently /dev/sda is the default block
device for the runtime test interview. For some time I've been using
/home/tet/test_sets/nonexistb with no ill effects in testing.  For systems using
devfs or udev the device node for sda may not exist. If it does exist it may be
a real system device that we may not want to be accessing for the test suites.
