Part of the suggestion, to possibly provide a non-shipped xvfb
for running the tests only, doesn't seem realistic.  It's my
understanding that distros want to provide the testing environment
as much as possible, because otherwise customers will run the
tests against what they get and start yelling.  This is why
the "lsb" keystone in so many cases includes more than is
strictly required by the LSB - it includes what is required
to run the LSB tests.
